Our adult guide lists 2XL up to a 50-inch chest, 3XL 54 inches, 4XL 57 inches, 5XL 61 inches, 6XL 65 inches and 7XL above 65 inches. Measurements are approximate upper chest measurements. Rugby shirts are normally worn with some room, so compare your chest measurement with the size guide before ordering.
