How long does turnaround take?

Most embroidered orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Bulk orders (20+ units) may take 5-7 working days. We'll always confirm the dispatch date when your order is placed.

What is the £20 setup fee?

The £20 setup fee covers digitising your logo into an embroidery file (the stitch pattern). It's a one-off charge per logo. If you're a returning customer using a saved logo, the fee is waived — £0.

Do I get free UK delivery?

Yes — UK delivery is free on all orders over £50. Below £50, standard UK shipping is £4.95.

Can I order in bulk for my school or team?

What's the maximum embroidery text length?

Accepted Answer

Left-chest text is capped at 24 characters. For longer text or back prints (e.g. leavers hoodies with 30 names), please use the Contact form.

Can I see what my embroidery will look like before ordering?

Yes — every customisable product has a live preview. Add your text and upload your logo, and you'll see exactly where it sits on the garment, with placement nudges.

What sizes are available?

Most adult garments are XS-XXL. Some lines (rugby, football jerseys) go up to 3XL. Children's sizes are available on schoolwear, blazers and cardigans.

How do I save a logo for reuse?

Sign in to your account before customising. Logos uploaded while signed in are automatically saved to your account. Next order, click the saved logo to skip the setup fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can you match a specific brand colour or Pantone?

In most cases yes. Use the customiser's "Need a colour we don't list?" field to specify the Pantone or brand colour, and we'll source matching thread.

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Plain (uncustomised) garments can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty — please email us with photos and we'll sort it immediately.

Do you offer healthcare and nurse scrubs?

Yes — see our Healthcare collection. Scrubs come in Pink, Hospital Blue, Navy, Bottle Green, Black and White. Embroider name on the left chest and NHS / clinic logo on the right.
